Moscow CDE Wrap Up

2015 Moscow CDE's were a HUGE Success! Last week our department had the honor to welcome a record breaking number of Idaho FFA members. More than 950 FFA members and guests made the journey to our campus to compete in thirteen Career Development Events. Great job to all the members and good luck to all competing at National FFA convention this October. This year, the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences and the College of Natural Resources, awarded scholarships to all top placing teams and individuals that competed in this years events. Troy White defends his Ph'd in June

Troy White defends his Ph'd on June 9th Troy White defends his Ph'd research in STEM education and how it can be interrogated for Agricultural Mechanics classes in high school. During his time at the University of Idaho, Troy White was an active member of the REEACH program, as well as, having taught small engines to countless students.  Our department wishes Troy the best of luck at South Dakota State University, where he will be teaching several classes. Including, Introduction to Agriculture, Agricultural Methods, and CTE Philosophy. Good luck!
